Window Cleaning
This is done using a purified water system (meaning all impurities are gone). After giving the windows a good scrub it is then rinsed thoroughly with the pure water, leaving your windows to dry naturally with no smearing. Giving you a crystal clear view and a better viewpoint

Gutter clearing and cleaning
Unfortunately in Devon it rains, quite a lot, so gutter clearing is essential. Why you may ask? Well gutters that are full to the brim obviously stop the water flowing normally down them, unfortunately it then just flows over the top. This can cause damp problems to your render and walls. Also it can be a nuisance with water splashing everywhere plus you get loads of run off on your paths.
The clearing is done using a specialized tool called a gutter Vacuum, which is an industrial sized Vacuum with plenty of power to remove the debris inside your Gutters. The advantages are that everything gets removed and it can all be done from the Ground, meaning its safe for me the operator.
We also clean all exterior guttering and fascias, this can really improve the look of your house.

Soft-washing (Wall, cladding, patio, driveway cleaning)
So what exactly is Soft-washing? Well its a method of cleaning using chemicals in a safe and environmentally friendly manner that is basically a lot softer than Jet-washing everything. Jet-washing does have it's place of course. Sometimes it can however cause damage on some surfaces, that's where Soft-washing comes in. Using these chemicals you can achieve brilliant results, and it lasts longer than just Jet-washing alone. Sometimes Jet-washing and Soft-washing are used in conjunction to achieve the best result.
I am a Soft-wash trained applicator and COSHH trained, so you can be assured i will carry out the work in the safest manner and in the correct way achieving premium results.
The Products I use are Softwash Solutions professional use biocide, Benz Blackwash, Metaclear gel and Oxy cleanze. Check these products out for your own peace of mind if you want to

Solar Panel cleaning is a must if you want to draw the most energy from them. Its natural that being outside they will get a build up of dirt, grime and bird droppings. This will inevitably impact the amount of energy that can be drawn from them.
